About Inclined Analytics

Inclined is a woman-owned small business that brings advanced analytics and technical expertise to public sector organizations. Founded over 40 years ago on the belief that government clients deserve better, Inclined delivers rigorous, high-impact work across health IT, risk adjustment, data analytics, and digital transformation. With an average team tenure of over a decade, Inclined is a tight-knit group of intellectually curious problem-solvers committed to going beyond what clients expect.

Inclined is seeking a Senior Analyst to support and grow our analytics work across Risk Adjustment (RA) and related healthcare facing engagements. This role sits at the intersection of data, analytics, and health policy, supporting high-impact client work that informs how complex public health programs are evaluated and improved.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, analysts, and developers to deliver rigorous analytical work grounded in a deep understanding of healthcare data, policy, and program structures. You will contribute directly to model development, validation, and reporting while building the domain expertise needed to provide clear explanations and well-founded recommendations to clients. Over time, this role is expected to grow into a project and analytical leadership position, serving as a trusted partner to our clients.

This is a hybrid role (2–4 days per week in-office) and is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on analysis, learning complex systems, and applying quantitative thinking to real-world policy and program challenges.
