As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including historical project data, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement new estimating methods and tools based on that data, identify and mitigate risks.
  • Train and mentor estimators and other analyst, develop and maintain estimating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on estimating and market trends.
Data Analyst, Construction job requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the Construction Industry as a Data Analyst.
  • Understanding of market indicators that affect the Construction market, inclusive, but not limited to, labor, materials, commodities, transportation, energy, etc.
  • Ability to use the Google suite of tools to develop any analysis completed.
What we offer at Google

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
