LHH is seeking a dynamic and analytical-minded Data Analyst to join our client in west of Oklahoma City. As a Data Analyst specializing in Analytical Insights, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and Teradata to extract, analyze, and visualize data sets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to provide valuable insights into business performance.
  • Develop forecasting models to anticipate future trends and support proactive decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized analytical solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
Data Analyst job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA), Power BI, and Teradata.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
