The Data Analyst plays a key role in making that happen by collaborating across the org and with customers to identify opportunities for accelerating revenue and profits. One Inc is looking for a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in statistics and analytics, as well as a passion for digging into data and building models, to join the Finance and Analytics team. At One Inc, data plays a central role in how we manage our business. Our team works across all departments to provide analysis and insights for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Finance and Analytics function by building automated reporting tools, dashboards and conducting ad hoc product analysis

Maintain operational metrics and define core metrics to measure impact of enhancements, monitor risks and drive revenue growth

Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand user behavior, product trends and areas of opportunity

Acquire and clean data from multiple sources; maintain data warehouse, schedule queries in SQL Server

Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and provide deliverables in a timely manner

Employ statistical tools to deliver business insights

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience

2+ years experience working with large datasets; proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to connect to multiple data sources

Experience using reporting and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, PowerPoint)

Salesforce and Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BigQuery

Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment

Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and products

Attention to detail with ability to think strategically

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
