Data Analyst, Revenue job description
  • Generate quality and audit reports to be reviewed with key stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting as much as possible.
  • Identify potential issues with data and report integrity.
  • Work to ensure that company data related procedures, policies, workflow, and system processes comply with corporate policies and objectives and meet all accreditation requirements and regulations.
  • Review error reports generated by various systems with Field Operations and Analytics Manager.
  • Learn all necessary platforms, workflows, integration, and maintenance.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports as directed by Field Operations and Analytics Manager.
  • Work on special projects related to systems and reporting needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Data Analyst, Revenue job requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience working with healthcare data manipulation, analysis, security and compliance.
  • 3+ years’ experience using analytic tools (i.e., EMR/PM reporting, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare claims, eligibility data, clinical quality measures, and benchmarking.
  • Applied use of analytical skills on parsing/combining disparate data as well as project support.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Computer Science or similar field preferred.
