Job Description & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
Planning and Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate data within the ERP (SAP) system and ensure timely updates as needed.
Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reconciliation processes, including collaboration CMOs and internal stakeholders.
Support inventory planning activities to maintain appropriate stock levels while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory turns, and supplier on-time delivery using ERP system (SAP) as a key source
Support Supply Ops planners and Global Logistics as needed with daily planning related activities
Finished Goods Management:
Support Finished Goods artwork and packaging processes including, but not limited to, proofreading, lead time adherence, and change control management.
Support Esperion’s compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act through use of TraceLink and supporting product verification needs
Supply Ops ownership of relationships with domestic third-party distribution partners.
Other Activities as needed:
Initiate timely purchasing requests for services (non-product) to support various Supply Ops initiatives aligning with external contracts
Assist in deviation tracking, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions as applicable within the quality system
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining adherence to GMP and internal procedures

Requirements
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics or related field from accredited college or university
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of planning. Competence in material management and forecast planning is required.
Domestic & International travel may be required (10%)
What we offer
Salary Range: $78,500.00 To $84,500.00 Annually
