Job Description & Responsibilities
Meta is seeking an experienced and skilled Data & Analytics Developer to join our Meta Business Services team. As an Analytics Developer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining data pipelines, providing advanced analytics solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and informed decision-making across our Finance Organization.
Data & Analytics Developer - Meta Business Services Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot to provide insights and support business decisions.
Foster cross-functional working partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams, advocating for new analytics solutions to influence cross-functional roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Travel & Expense, Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, and other business teams, to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that meet their requirements.
Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and analytics solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend new tools and approaches to improve our analytics.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of analytics tools and solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analytics development
3+ years of experience in program management or consulting, leading large scale data/analytics projects from concept through implementation
Programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a large range of stakeholders
Experience driving data strategy and governance in a corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Travel & Expense data
Reporting experience from Travel & Expense related tools like Concur and Spotnana
Experience working under and using Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Apache Airflow
Data analytics development, preferably in a finance organization

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
