Job Description & Responsibilities
Founded in 2006, we are a nimble and growing agency headquartered in beautiful Boulder, CO with associates around the country and are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to join our team.
The Junior Marketing Digital Analyst will assist the Director of Data and Analytics in advancing the quality, quantity and variety of analytics offerings at Parallel Path. This will include developing, building, implementing, and managing client's reporting, tracking & data structure so clients understand trends in their data and progress towards goals. This individual will create and edit analytics dashboards then leverage information within to provide clarity on marketing performance to clients with oversight from the Director of Marketing Analytics. Individuals are expected to be able to analyze requests with little oversight in support of the paid media, PPC and SEO teams.
The Digital Analyst will collaborate across delivery and client teams to assist in campaign and website measurement activities, performing the below responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Own analytics relationship for 1-3 clients, acting as the contact on all needed client calls, advising on direction and developing a roadmap of possible analytics support offerings
Reporting: Pull data and metrics to help the paid media and SEO teams compile client-facing reports. Build clear & concise slides that mesh with the broader storyline of the entire deck
Analysis/Insights: Own the outcome - you should be comfortable answering questions about the data you’ve pulled and provide analysis as to what the numbers mean with the goal of driving fundamental improvements to the site experiences that result in conversion rate increases
Dashboard Development: Skilled at building LookerStudio, PowerBI and Adobe Analytics dashboards that align with client KPIs and internal team needs
Industry Knowledge: Build on your understanding of the industry through continuous research on trends; Have a solid understanding of each analytics tool, its functionality, and strategies for successful use
Requirements
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualization tools
A basic understanding of:
Google Analytics 4
Performance media platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Action Oriented; proven ability to build actionable insights from data
Motivated and able to work in a self-directed manner
Comfortable presenting work in a group setting
Based near one of our office locations - Boulder, CO or Columbus, OH
What we offer
Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience-level and qualifications
