We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst who is a product data-driven individual with sharp skills, excellent internal and external communication skills, and a background in product-specific business analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding PetDesk's suite of products from the data perspective, identifying customer utilization patterns, and analyzing impact, trends, and business value.
You will be providing these insights to a wide range of audiences, from internal leaders to customer-facing teams, to PetDesk's enterprise customers themselves. The goal is to enable data-driven decision-making with accuracy, accessibility, and reliability, to help PetDesk and its customers grow and manage their business. This role will also mentor less experienced analysts. You will bring your expertise and skills to be an effective player/coach, helping to provide structure, prioritization, and technical mentorship.
