Job Description & Responsibilities
As an associate manager of data analysis on the Claims Payments and Vendor Management team, you’ll manage multiple financial control processes and the automated payments systems. In this role, you’ll lead a group of analysts to support operational execution, analysis, and reporting to support how the Claims organization issues payments to individuals and suppliers. You’ll also work with process leaders inside Claims and across multiple corporate groups.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting practices.
Ability to develop and present insights via reports and dashboards.
Ability to build and leverage cross functional relationships.
Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture
Familiarity with coding/programming languages such as SQL or SAS and an advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros)
