BI Analyst job description

Your Mission:

Client Reporting

Analyze point-of-sale (POS) data to assess program performance.

Prepare POS analyses in client-ready formats.

Conduct program research and provide market intelligence as needed.

Document analytical processes and establish standard operating procedures.

Dashboard scoping, building, and maintenance via prescribed tools and systems (ex. Power BI).

Account Services and Operations

Track project profitability across all initiatives.

Compile and deliver weekly business reports for ActionLink and client leadership.

Partner with Client Managers, Field Directors and Field Managers to identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Develop executive-level reports by project and manager to support decision-making.

Field Execution

Analyze POS data to measure sales performance

Support field teams by developing performance-tracking reports for sales programs

Verify team compliance in alignment with established and agreed upon KPI/SLA frameworks

Requests for Proposals RFPs/Coverage Models

Support the development of effective and efficient coverage models

Provide analytical support for RFP responses

Assist in developing budgets for RFP submissions

Market Creation and Segmentation

Oversee the definition and designation of U.S. Markets

Add new markets and update existing markets as needed

BI Analyst job requirements

Skills and Experience Needed:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience interacting directly with clients and interpreting business data

Proficiency with data and analytical tools (Microsoft suite, Power BI, CRM Systems, R/Python, etc.)

Familiarity with CoPilot/Agent builds strongly preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; able to collaborate with corporate and field teams.

Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality

Ability to work remotely with occasional weekend availability based on client needs
