Job Description & Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
This role will work with our client on total store and department trends to identify opportunities to help Kroger grow market share and attract customers. We’re looking for candidates that can summarize data and observations into high-level themes and partner with a lead consultant to develop compelling insights and identify meaningful actions to move the client’s business forward. Success in this role requires intermediate analytical skills, basic storytelling, effective communication and to work well with others and a willingness to learn and grow various skill sets. As an analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our team leadership on critical analyses and insights.
Job Responsibilities
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable data observations.
Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Strong communication and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Familiarity with Unify and Circana data assets preferred.
What we offer
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $58,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD.
