Job Description:
The ES Analytics Team is looking for a full stack Tableau/Power BI Developer to join our team in support of Supply Chain. The gifted data visualizer will lead in the development and support interactive/dynamic dashboards on the Tableau and Power BI platform for BAE Systems. The goal of the dashboards is to deliver pertinent data to all levels of management to help teams make smarter, data-driven decisions and deliver better products. The candidate will be required to work closely with multiple stakeholders and leaders to drive solutions that align with the broader ES Analytics vision. Solutions range from ad hoc analysis, automations, generative / predictive AI, and data visualizations. The candidate must have experience developing dashboard interfaces within a SQL environment and have experience working with machine learning and data engineering platforms such as Knime, Dataiku or Alteryx.

Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique, and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.

As an AI solutions implementer, you will partner with the Enterprise AI team to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models to drive business value and solve complex problems across Supply Chain.

Must be self-sufficient in gathering customer requirements and utilizing business context to create meaningful solutions for ES Supply Chain.

Create well-branded and trusted solutions including Tableau & Power BI dashboards, web applications, automations, etc.
Responsible for KPI(s) ownership.

Serve in a collaborative environment, designing and implementing new features and enhancements based on user and team feedback.

Responsible for optimizing user experience and driving best practices in data visualization and user enablement.

Responsible for providing user and technical support documents, along with training.

Participate in user acceptance and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain robust data governance processes to ensure data quality across all solutions.

Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain job requirements

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Database Development, Software Engineering, or Computer Science with 4+ years’ applicable experience or MS and 2+ years’ experience

Proficiency in SQL.

Minimum 2 years of working experience with Tableau and Power BI.

Experience with AI/machine learning, statistics and other data science tools (Stack AI, Microsoft Azure AI, Google AI Studio)

Minimum 2-4 years of working experience with ETLs and data pipelines.

Strong Python skills.

Must be a team player, be comfortable in a multi-task environment, and have experience in presenting work output to all levels of management.

Must take initiative to solve problems, implement process improvements, and offer technical support to others on the team.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

Procurement/Supply Chain experience

Alteryx/Dataiku/Knime Experience

Working AWS experience
