Job Description & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reports. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize processes, improve performance, and enhance overall business operations
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner
- Create intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to facilitate data exploration and decision-making
- Communicate complex analytical findings, insight, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively; asynchronously and in meetings and presentations
- Create and maintain ELT data pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through data cleansing, preprocessing, and testing techniques
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and perform regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data
- Continuously enhance data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline data workflows and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data cleaning, and transformation techniques; hands-on experience with ELT tools is a plus
- Proficiency in working with complex datasets and databases, both internal (e.g., Product and Operations data) and external (e.g., Third-party data and platforms )
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, GTM, Operations, and more
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and identify strategic trade-offs in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and/or other statistical modeling (e.g., regression, classification, NLP) is a plus
