Our Data Analytics department seeks those passionate about using data to tell business stories, inform decision making and solve business problems. Role Description:

In the role of Data Analyst (Internally known as Data Analyst I) you will be part of Data Analytics Team. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives through effective data analysis and report creation. This role will be adept at working across various teams, utilizing advanced SQL and Python knowledge to retrieve and prepare data for report creation. Additionally, this role involves analyzing large datasets and leveraging analytical tools and techniques to communicate valuable business insights to stakeholders.

Some of the essential functions of this role are:

  • Adhere to department policies and procedures.
  • Participate in both inter-departmental and management-assigned committees.
  • Identify, correct, and normalize data inconsistencies for analysis and interpret patterns, trends, and insights from datasets.
  • Visualize data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards, and compile these into tailored, clear, and concise reports for various audiences.
  • Assist in documenting procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required

Required Qualifications:

  • One year of working experience in analytics or report creation and writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external customers.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software skills to maintain, enhance, and create reports.
  • Strong experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
