Job Description & Responsibilities
As PASS Analyst you’ll be responsible for:
Leveraging skills in Excel and SQL to yield trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients
Contributing to internal brainstorming sessions and collaborating with account management team members throughout client engagements
Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, patients, and pharmacies
Developing and working with reporting tools such as PowerBI to derive insights and forecasting
Coordinating both directly with clients as well as through the PSS account team to manage the analytics needs of the clients for both scheduled and ad hoc requests
Creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables
Presenting to client audiences via teleconference, videoconference, or in face-to-face meetings
Building professional relationships with internal and external members of the client team
Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and client engagement methodologies
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have:
A strong analytical record, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong quantitative skills
Exceptional communication skills and be a proven team contributor
An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
Good project management, time management and organizational skills
Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
Minimum of at least 3 years' experience in PowerPoint and Excel; PowerBI and/or SQL are a plus
A willingness or ability to travel as needed (<10% on average)
What we offer
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $56,100.00 - $140,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
