What You'll Do

Unearth valuable data through comprehensive mining, employing a variety of languages to uncover hidden gems. Architect and refine data models that serve as the backbone of our analytical capabilities. Deliver insightful reports and intuitive dashboards (Tableau and Power BI) that empower end-users with actionable intelligence.

Data Analyst job requirements

What We're Looking For:

Highly skilled and proficient in coding and automating workflows, with an eye for efficiency. Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business stakeholders including being able to translate business needs into coding solutions. Solid experience with scripting and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Expertise in SQL and robust database management skills, with a preference for Oracle and Snowflake environments. Proficiency in Data Visualization (UI/UX): Ability to create clear, insightful, and visually appealing reports using various data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Power BI, and techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. User-Centered Design (UI/UX): Expertise in applying user-centered design principles to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for reporting dashboards, ensuring a seamless user experience through thorough research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, DevOps) to keep pace with our fast-moving projects. Experience with Oracle SQL Developer and similar database tools. A background in telecommunications, offering insights into industry-specific data challenges. Knowledge of Windstream's systems and processes is highly regarded and will set you apart.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience The starting compensation range for this job is 67,000 to 88,000
