The Data Analyst supports business activities at the company by providing actionable insight into a wide variety of data. Under guidance from senior members of the team, the data analyst will support existing data visualizations and reports. They will work towards creating new reports and visuals as they gain experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment where they can make significant contributions.

Essential Duties:

• Support existing data visualizations and reports by ensuring data quality and process integrity and troubleshooting any data issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Collecting and organizing information in a reportable format from various sources
• Identifying and solving problems in various Salesforce and Tableau and other B.I. reports
• Analyze data across various departments to solve business problems, create value and efficiency, and find opportunities.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret data with guidance from various stakeholders. Prepare analytical reports and develop data visualizations using best practices adhering to internal standards.
• Collaborate extensively with other analysts to ensure successful projects and optimized use of resources.
• Support the data entry, cleansing, de-duplication, and modeling efforts under the direction of senior team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 0 -2 years of experience in analyzing data.

• Beginner knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, or other Business Intelligence tools
• SQL read/write knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial
• High levels of critical thinking and ability to problem solve with high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform multiple high-level tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
