Job Description & Responsibilities
SUPPORT THE OPTIMIZATION OF CONSUMER DATA AND INSIGHTS
Assist in the creation of reports and materials using diverse sources of consumer data to support overall business objectives within the Marketing organization, while exhibiting a sense of urgency, persistence, and dedication to quality and customer service.
Independently and proactively analyze consumer data from key resources to address ongoing and ad hoc business inquiries, contributing to marketing strategies and a deeper understanding of the Energy Drinks category.
Contribute to the development and presentation of regular consumer insights materials, including analyses of consumer trends, demographics, and behaviors, to generate insights and uncover opportunities.
COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
Support the delivery of both regular and ad hoc Consumer Insights materials and resources to provide the organization with a comprehensive understanding of consumers and actionable insights to drive growth and support Red Bull's strategic initiatives.
Establish best practices for reporting and take responsibility for updating materials, which will be organized into an Insights library.
Regularly communicate insights across all levels of the organization through reports, newsletters, and internal presentations.
CONSUMER RESEARCH SUPPORT
Assist senior team members in identifying knowledge gaps and collaborate with vendor partners to execute quantitative and qualitative research projects aimed at addressing those gaps.
Improve the effectiveness of existing and syndicated consumer studies, integrating them with other data sources to develop impactful, actionable insights materials.
Support the administration of custom research initiatives to enhance strategic marketing decisions.
Provide assistance across the organization to promote the adoption of insights and ensure mastery of the related content.
Requirements
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or a similar role in a consumer-facing environment
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in SPSS and experience navigating crosstab tools
Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other data analysis/visualization software
Ability to support quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Strength in creating fact-based stories, and the ability to integrate multiple tools to solve problems
Ability to analyze results, interpret findings, support recommendations, and develop presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with CPG brands and related data and knowledge of research methodologies preferred
