Data Analyst, Customer job description

The Customer Master Data Analyst will support the activities within the NA Customer Master Data Team. They will manage base business activities within assigned sub-team. The focus will be to drive continuous improvement in our processes and data quality, while delivering fast turnaround on customer support to ensure timely processing of orders. Some data analysis work will be require as needed to apply FBS to pinpoint and prioritize areas of opportunity to drive impact to our operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures, and guidelines, this position:

  • Assist internal teams with maintaining, updating and creating customer data including: accounts, order processing, contact information, contract data, pricing and eligibility.
  • Support Customer Master Data cleanup projects and initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting issues involving Customer Master Data.
  • Attend and participate in weekly project meetings with Customer Master Data core team.
  • Responsible for organization and maintenance of Customer Master inbox.
  • Support other cross-functional areas as a Customer Master Data team representative.
  • Develop and mature systems and tools to drive efficiencies and actionable data insights.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Our Needs:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or related field is required.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Healthcare preferred.
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, especially SAP and Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Experience with Outlook preferred.

National: The salary range for this position is $54100 - $100500

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
