At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

  • Contribute to our data modeling layer. This will include both working directly with data owners (Internal Analytics, Sales Systems, etc) to improve the underlying data AND deriving and productionizing aggregated data models when needed (using DBT).
  • Build relationships with the teams you support and the users of your work.
  • Present findings to peers, leaders, and executives.
  • Train other employees to use data to answer questions without assistance.
  • Be part of a Datadog-wide community of Data Analysts and receive technical mentorship.
