Reporting to the Director, Consumer Service, this role will join a team of specialists dedicated to serving our consumers and an analytics community excited to deploy advanced analytics throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an analyst to accelerate our use of data and who will:

• Partner with the business to understand how analytics can inform their decisions.
• Analyze, transform, and improve large/complex data sources to surface insights for internal collaborators
• Synthesize and present large amounts of information in a universally understandable way to enable business partners to explore and identify patterns for business improvement
• Generate reports and dashboards using BI tools and/or other systems e.g. SAP, Salesforce
• Research and collaborate to identify methodologies and rules for data cleaning
• Identify high level data modeling needs to help make reports and dashboards faster and more efficient
• Build and maintain a solid understanding of data sets available, ensure data cataloging and metadata quality
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

A successful candidate will be a lifelong learner who has:

• Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in Analytics or relevant work experience, advanced degree preferred
• A minimum of one year of related work experience
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical techniques
• Motivation to explore data, new analytical methods, and continuously learn
