Data Analyst, Federal job description

Review data and identify the stories they are telling to build additional boards for the client. Gather requirements and outline into the new ServiceNow system. Solution problems as a data analytics specialist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create dashboards for the client to assist them in their daily operations
  • Maintain existing dashboards, and update as required
  • Monitor asset management data, and update as necessary, to ensure data integrity for the customer
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to aid the client in briefings and other initiatives
  • Generate reports to support regular meetings this client has with other groups
  • Maintain a repository of mechanic reports from the field (SharePoint)
  • Provide guidance on process improvements, and document standard operating procedures
Data Analyst, Federal job requirements

Here’s what you need:

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis or management consulting and a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in business analysis or management consulting and a master’s degree
  • Experience in Asset Management or Data Management/Analysis

Bonus points if you have:

  • Proficiency in MySQL
  • Proficiency with Tableau data visualization software
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Expertise in Performance Management, Metric Collections, Warehousing, or Transportation

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $105,200 - $198,800

Colorado: $105,200 - $171,700

New York City: $121,700 - $198,800

Washington: $112,100 - $182,800
