Job Description & Responsibilities
Summary:
The position sits within Field Force Effectiveness (FFE), and this role will be responsible for querying data, calculating and analyzing engagement KPIs for our field forces, building reports and dashboards, and helping to establish the future process and capability to improve and automate our field force KPIs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ Years Related Professional Experience
Data Analytics, KPI Measurement, Business Intelligence
SQL & Related Query Languages
Power BI, and Data Visualization / Reporting
Snowflake
Advanced Excel
Salesforce CRM (Not Required, but Preferred)
Understanding of Sales and Marketing Metrics (Life Science or Field Force Measurement Required, but Preferred)
Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
What we offer
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour.
