Data Analyst, HR job description

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM EST (Fully On Site Role)

LHH is currently in search of an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in data analytics and Excel proficiency for an upcoming project. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in translating data into actionable insights, impacting strategic decision-making across various Human Resources domains such as employee retention, recruitment strategy, market trends, and more. This role provides a distinctive opportunity for individuals genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, interpret, and analyze data results pertinent to Human Resources.
  • Develop impactful Board presentations and reports based on data findings.
  • Collaborate with international team members to gather and analyze data for comprehensive insights.
  • Utilize graphs and other visualization methods to effectively communicate data trends.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or patterns to inform HR strategies.
  • Present interpreted data to executives and business leaders, highlighting improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and define opportunities for HR process improvement.
  • Partner with the Finance team on headcount forecasting initiatives.
  • Assist in various HR functional areas, including compliance, benefits management, and labor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced knowledge of formulas.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data collection and dissemination.
  • Adept at presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Desired, but not required knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Power BI.
  • Minimum of 0-5 years of relevant work experience.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
