Responsibilities:

Architect automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and enterprise platforms to optimize cross-functional creative operations.

Develop high-impact Tableau dashboards to translate complex performance metrics into actionable strategic insights for marketing leaders.

Partner consultatively with key stakeholders to align technical data solutions with overarching omnichannel business objectives.

Deploy emerging Agentic AI and LLM capabilities to drive continuous creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, creative operations, or data automation environments.

Advanced technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and automated workflow integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Fusion, APIs).

Proven track record of transforming disparate behavioral and performance data into strategic predictive models.

Outstanding collaborative communication skills with demonstrated expertise translating complex creative goals into scalable technical architectures.
