Data Analyst, Marketing job description

As our data resource, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring that data from different corners of our universe flows seamlessly into custom dashboards. You’ll develop and maintain our BI reporting, mine data in search of actionable insights and use our suite of Google, Adobe and CRM tools in order to report on marketing effectiveness. It's not just a job; it's a crucial mission to streamline our operations, crank up data accuracy, and sprinkle efficiency magic wherever it's needed.

What Will I Do?

  • Tech Savvy Comfortable navigating the tech galaxy. SQL, MSBI, DOMO, or other data integration tools are your trusty sidekicks.
  • Digital Savvy From the Adobe and Google Suite of tools, and everything in between to DOMO, you will merge data from all of our marketing campaigns into one dashboard.
  • Data Titan Your comfortable working out of Service Titan, our CRM, and further improving our automated process.
  • Detail-Oriented Explorer Your magnifying glass is always out, spotting details others might miss. Precision is your middle name.
  • Problem-Solving Maverick Challenges excite you. You don't just find solutions; you turn problems into opportunities for greatness. You turn data into insights.
Data Analyst, Marketing job requirements

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Previous data analytics experience required, ideally in the home services industry or direct-to-consumer advertising
  • A creative mindset, excellent listening skills, and effective communication abilities
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities, all while delivering on time and within budget
  • Proficiency with CRMs, Word, Adobe Suites, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar tools
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or you should have equivalent professional experience
  • A successful completion of a pre-employment background check
