The Customer Analytics - Engagement team is focused on turning our customer and marketing-centric analytical and data science insights into actions to create a better connection with and experience for our customers. About the role:
One area our team covers is Nordstrom’s retailer media network. We are seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join our team to support our strategic, best-in-class analytics program for reporting on and optimizing the success of the media network in terms of both brand partnerships and engaging customer audiences. This role requires close collaboration with other analysts, and multiple marketing and product partners across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong storyteller who is always looking for new opportunities to solve business problems with data-driven tools. The individual should be highly curious about the business and possess the skills to unlock rich, nuanced insights from data and communicate those insights in a way that drives positive business outcomes.
