Data Analyst, Pricing Analystic

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be involved in highly strategic and impactful initiatives related to Rental Car pricing & business development domains.
In This Role You Will Get To
- Define and monitor critical metrics related to rental car pricing, analyze business performance, and recommend actions based on key insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards with the latest features to generate timely actionable insights
- Work with the Pricing Manager to hypothesize, implement, supervise, and deploy pricing A/B tests using sophisticated algorithms
- Monitor rate parity to keep track of pricing on the competitor’s landscape. Find insights and provide strategic recommendations accordingly.
- Partner with the business team to price new supplies, promotions, and other initiatives. Review monthly pricing KPIs with account managers
- Build automated alerts to monitor anomalies related to pricing, business performance and supplier activity.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to capture insights and influence decision making
Requirements
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience analyzing large and complex data sets. Ecommerce / travel industry preferred
- Experience in developing pricing strategies for online businesses
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (e.g., science or math). MBA a plus
- Advanced Tableau and SQL experience is required. Experience with Python is preferred
- Hands on experience with data technologies like Google Cloud, AWS, etc
- Ability to articulate actionable insights to senior customers
- Must be a standout colleague and should be able to work with minimum supervision
What we offer
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $80000 to $100000
