By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.

Work you’ll do :

Oversees research and analysis across various data sources and lead the creation of reports documenting research methods, approaches, findings, and recommendations

Manage the integration of data analytics, strategic thinking, and domain knowledge to create and deliver the final work product

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Data Analytics Specialist job requirements

Required:

Bachelor’s degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required

4 years of relevant experience with business analytics tools including Qlik, PowerBI, and Tableau

Must be willing to work on-site at the Honolulu, Hawaii location

Preferred:

Significant experience and expertise in machine learning and AI

Significant experience leading the development of advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to dance and enable key mission outcomes

Experience providing analytic reports to senior leadership

Excellent data visualization experience, especially with Tableau

Excellent data modeling, simulation, and forecasting background, with cyber threat detection a plus

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings to technical and non-technical leaders

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.
