Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.

• Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.

• Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.

• Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.

• Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.

• Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.

• Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

• Develop, execute and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, validation and operational reporting needs

• Compile and prepare datasets used for audit documentation and compliance reviews

• Perform recurring and ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for process improvement

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, configuration updates and new feature deployments

• Gather and document acceptance criteria for change notices, working in partnership with business and technical teams

• Support code migration activities by validating data impacts and coordinating with development teams

• Manage the upload and download of outbound dialer files ensuring accuracy, version control and timely completion

• Monitor file processing workflows and troubleshoot errors or exceptions as needed

• Generate scheduled and recurring operational reports for internal stakeholders

• Validate report accuracy and ensure alignment with business requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

Program Specific Requirements:

• Ability to write and execute SQL queries and scripts

• Ability to conduct user acceptance testing for all development efforts across programs

• Provide audit support, including querying the database for customer records and attachments

• Place auto dialer files each business day for processing

• Gather acceptance criteria for all deliverable expectation documents upon release to production

• Provide release support including post-production validation
