Job Description & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a newly created role to support our growing Data, Analytics & Insights team.
We are looking for a Data & Visualization Analyst to join our Data, Analytics & Insights (DAI) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing data, analytics engineering, and visualization. The analyst will be responsible for transforming data into scalable reporting systems and decision-ready insights that support both internal teams and client strategy. This includes building and maintaining data management systems, dashboards, and visualization frameworks that allow stakeholders to quickly understand performance, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing investment. You will work closely with SEO, paid media and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, improve reporting infrastructure, and enable more sophisticated performance analysis across advertising platforms. This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly with large marketing datasets, building dashboards in Tableau, and leveraging SQL and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery to create reliable analytics solutions.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Insight Development :
Analyze large marketing/advertising datasets to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and client teams
Support analysis of channel performance, campaign efficiency, and budget allocation strategies
Data Visualization & Dashboard Development :
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance
Create intuitive visualizations that allow stakeholders to quickly interpret data and make decisions
Develop standardized reporting structures and templates that scale across multiple clients and teams
Data Management & Infrastructure :
Work with Google BigQuery and SQL to query, transform, and model marketing datasets
Support the development and maintenance of clean, reliable marketing data pipelines
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments
Assist in structuring datasets to support cross-channel performance analysis
Technical Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance:
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across advertising platforms and reporting systems
Support troubleshooting related to tracking, and data integration issues
Provide ongoing review of processes to improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
1-3 years of experience with advertising, digital marketing, general analysis and paid media analytics platforms
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Foundational knowledge of SQL, CSS, Python
Experience in Tableau with a portfolio to evaluate
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, analytics or related field
