You will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights across the full marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness through pipeline creation. This includes analyzing campaign performance, evaluating prospecting effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to optimize marketing investments and drive growth.

· Analyze marketing programs (e.g., digital campaigns, events, ABM, content) to evaluate ROI and identify optimization opportunities.

· Develop insights on lead quality, prospecting strategies, and funnel progression to improve demand generation outcomes.

· Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing performance and key business drivers.

· Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions around targeting, channel mix, and budget allocation.

Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate analysis, uncover insights faster, and improve reporting efficiency.

Executive & Stakeholder Support:

· Support and partner with Marketing Strategy & Operations, Demand Generation, and senior marketing stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver actionable insights.

· Support the development of clear, executive-ready insights and narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Support leadership with ongoing analysis of marketing performance, including proactive identification of issues and opportunities.

Business Rhythm & Performance Reporting:

· Support core marketing operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) with accurate data, insights, and storytelling.

· Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive presentations by synthesizing performance across campaigns, channels, and segments.

· Monitor pipeline creation and marketing contribution to revenue, ensuring alignment with company growth targets.

· Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure consistency in funnel definitions, attribution, and reporting.

Optimization & Process Improvement:

· Identify opportunities to improve marketing measurement, attribution models, and reporting processes.

· Recommend and implement scalable analytics solutions that enhance visibility into marketing performance.

· Partner with data and analytics teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and self-service capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure a holistic view of pipeline and bookings performance.

· Collaborate with analytics, data science and data engineering teams to source, validate, and transform data for reporting and analysis.

· Act as a trusted advisor to marketing stakeholders, helping shape strategy through data.
