Performance Intelligence Analyst job description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze marketing and media performance to identify drivers of business outcomes and optimize ROI

Be able to understand and apply modeling work that ties marketing efforts to sales impact (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling)

Partner with leadership on strategic measurement frameworks and apply those frameworks to tactics, closing the loop between strategy and execution

Conduct comprehensive analysis of brand measurement and media performance to pinpoint key drivers of business outcomes and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Adobe Analytics and Tableau

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams (media, brand, product, analytics) to align on measurement and strategy

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business impact

Proactively identify opportunities to improve measurement, reporting, and processes

Performance Intelligence Analyst job requirements

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with strong exposure to media measurement

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau

Working knowledge of tagging implementation that powers analytical tools (Adobe Launch, media pixels)

Solid understanding of attribution methodologies, marketing effectiveness tools (e.g., MMM) and media performance frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and align across stakeholders

Proactive and self-directed, comfortable navigating ambiguity

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands

Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling data stories
