Product Operations Analyst job description

As the Product Operations Analyst, you will serve as a go-to operational expert and platform power user, partnering across teams to keep systems aligned, data clean, and workflows scalable, while supporting our client’s forward-thinking organization built for scale and long-term growth.

Your responsibilities as the Product Operations Analyst will include:

Serve as an Addepar subject-matter expert, managing platform configuration, data integrity, custodial feeds, reporting, and reconciliations.

Oversee alternative investment operations, including commitments, capital activity, valuations, documentation, and data accuracy.

Support trading and billing workflows by validating data, monitoring readiness, and ensuring accurate platform configuration.

Maintain data quality across systems by aligning CRM and platform data, performing regular data hygiene checks, and managing structures and metadata.

Enhance operational scalability by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and contributing to advanced data and AI initiatives.

Product Operations Analyst job requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2–5+ years of experience in product, investment, or platform/data operations.

Advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high proficiency in Excel and data validation workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Addepar experience.

Finance background.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and exposure to SQL, Python, BI tools, billing, performance reporting, or workflow automation is strongly preferred.
