Research Analyst, Construction job description

The Role

If puzzles, patterns, and internet sleuthing are your thing, you’ll feel right at home here. As a Research Analyst at Zonda, you’ll uncover the story behind new home developments— digging through public records, builder websites, satellite imagery, and jurisdiction data to keep our market intelligence sharp, accurate, and ahead of the curve.
