Job Description & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director responsible for the Beverages BU by supporting the creation and execution of customer plans with high integrity.
Build strong and reliable relationships with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the business in a timely manner.
Monitor and suggest actions to improve the business through reporting
Manage new item set-up and maintain item catalogues in Walmart’s internal systems
Support the team (customer planning and customer team) in developing the annual sales plan/budget, category strategy, and distribution plan.
Participate with sales team and internal teams on multi-year business planning process to inform customer plan
Provide ad-hoc reports and presentations for sales leadership (e.g., visits from corporate Danone, in-market reviews, etc.)
Provide insights to Category Commercial and other cross-functional teams to create clear, cohesive business growth strategy
Build and maintain strong Danone culture and strive to demonstrate Danone’s Leadership Behaviors in your role.
Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of experience within CPG industry
Living in NWA with the ability to be in the Rogers’ office multiple times a week is required
Exposure to other sales sub-functions (category management, shopper marketing, retail, etc.) preferred
What we offer
The salary range for this positionis $60,000 – $65,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
