Senior Analyst, Product Master Data
About Our Company

Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-obsessed Senior Analyst, Product Master Data to own our product data from end- to-end. This is not a simple data entry role; you will serve as the critical bridge between our creative team’s vision and the technical systems that make global sales possible. As our "Single Source of Truth," you will ensure that every design detail is perfectly reflected in our SAP environment so that products move through the supply chain without interruption.
SAP Master Data Ownership: Lead the daily creation, auditing, and maintenance of material masters, pricing, seasons, and product attributes.
IT & Systems Architecture Liaison: Act as the primary functional bridge between business and IT. Architect communication flows for future system needs and translate merchandising requirements into technical data specs.
Merchandising "First Responder": Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Merchandising and Digital teams to resolve critical system blocks, diagnose root causes for SKU errors, and fix SAP-to-web synchronization failures.
Managing the "Manual PLM": In the absence of a formal PLM system, design and maintain sophisticated, multi-tab workbooks and workflows that feed SAP, ensuring data structures are clean for future integration.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Gather and communicate material changes across Design, Sourcing, and E-commerce. Develop and maintain the "Product Data Playbook": (formal SOPs).
Master Data Calendar Management: Own the seasonal product lifecycle calendar from a data- readiness perspective, overseeing milestones from SKU creation to "Go-Live."
Systems Thinking: Proactively identify root causes and create workflows to prevent recurring errors, ensuring long-term system stability.
Requirements
SAP Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a live SAP environment, with specific proficiency in material master data within the retail/fashion industry.
Excel Architect (Super User): Advanced proficiency beyond standard lookups. Must be able to build "bulletproof" workbooks using XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Nested IFS.
Technical Translation: Ability to explain complex technical SAP requirements to internal business partners in clear, actionable terms.
High-Stakes Accuracy: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset with an understanding of how data errors impact the global supply chain.
Cross-Functional Partnership: A natural collaborator capable of helping Design, E-commerce, and Planning teams navigate technical hurdles to achieve shared goals.
Education/Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
