You’ll enable autonomous navigation through intricate data sets and turn them into actionable insights. You'll leverage visualization tools to craft reports and dashboards that drive decision-making for the business. You’ll also collaborate directly with business stakeholders to convert their data requirements into precise technical specifications so that we may use data strategically across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in data warehousing, data transformation, cloud solutions, and SaaS integration tools and can use their experience to enhance data accessibility and integrity across the organization. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams will be critical in fostering a data-driven culture at Tapcart.

  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Grow, or similar
  • Profile data to gain in-depth understanding and familiarity
  • Investigate data discrepancies to identify underlying system issues and root causes
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and document existing data sources and usage patterns
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements in close collaboration with data engineers and BI developers
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on data architecture, user stories, and process flows
  • Create and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, source to target mapping
