Job Description & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design and develop insightful dashboards that help bring a clear understanding of the North American business.
Synthesize data and research findings into insightful strategic recommendations and help communicate key findings
Support North America in articulating strategy and developing business cases for growth opportunities.
Support the sales team to ensure the customer segments and profiles are receiving the best attention to ensure sales.
Work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Personal Shopping, Marketing, Site Merchandising and other teams on a variety of growth-focused projects.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE:
4-5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role (management consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy experience is required)
Experience translating data into strategic recommendations
Must have experience with SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel and PowerBI
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Great attention to detail and self motivation
A strong team player (no job is too small or too large)
