For more than 100 years, military, government, and business leaders have turned to Booz Allen Hamilton to solve their most complex problems. As a consulting firm with experts in analytics, digital, engineering, and cyber, we help organizations transform. We are a key partner on some of the most innovative programs for governments worldwide and trusted by their most sensitive agencies. We work shoulder to shoulder with clients, using a mission-first approach to choose the right strategy and technology to help them realize their vision.
Does the prospect of unlocking secrets held by financial transaction details excite you? Are you fascinated by the idea of harnessing the power of technology to support the DoD's goal of increased accountability and transparency? The tremendous volume of interconnected contracts, invoicing, disbursing, general ledger, and trial balance data offer a tremendous opportunity to accomplish this goal at the enterprise level. As a Data Analyst, you will transform and consolidate these disparate data sets, building databases, reconciliations, metrics, dashboards, and applications to achieve data completeness and facilitate management decision-making.
We have an opportunity for you to use your analytical skills to improve accountability in the defense industry. You'll work closely with your customers to understand their challenges and requirements, digging into their data-rich environments to identify the key pieces of their contract reporting puzzles. You'll participate in stakeholder interviews and fact-finding efforts, support the development of business rules for customer data sets, and standardize reconciliations to support completeness validations. You'll provide customers with structured solutions for responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders, the DoD, independent public accountants, and others.
