The Data Analytics team at Blind focuses on delivering key insights to both business and product teams all across the company. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work with our Community & Growth teams. You will help us understand user behavior, identify new opportunities, and develop community policies, in order to maintain a strong and vibrant community and increase engagement. We have a large community of users with different backgrounds, different experience levels, and different preferences. How do we architect a product that meets the needs of users and feels personalized? There is a treasure trove of data to structure, process, and utilize - so we are looking for people who are excited by this type of challenge.
Blind's minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $135,000.00 to $175,000.00 USD per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package for employees at Blind.
