Job Description & Responsibilities
A day in the life as a Senior Data Analyst...
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of owned marketing channel performance, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messaging
Develop dashboards and interactive visualizations that communicate marketing performance insights to stakeholders
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to rigorously measure impact, ROI, and lift
Maintain technical proficiency by writing advanced SQL queries and utilizing Python or R for deep analysis
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations that support marketing and customer engagement decisions
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operational teams to influence strategic roadmaps and execution
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table…
Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data querying, transformation, and optimization
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for developing dashboards and communicating insights
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods, including hypothesis testing, segmentation, and experimental design
Experience in analyzing large customer datasets and identifying meaningful patterns
Proficiency with Python or R for data mining, feature engineering, or statistical modeling
Experience in using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to analyze user digital journey
Strong data storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear business recommendations
Ability to connect analytical findings to business performance and strategic decisions
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
5+ years of experience in a hands-on data analyst or growth analytics role
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience delivering complex data analysis projects in an agile or collaborative environment
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for advanced data analysis and modeling
Experience working with large-scale customer, transactional, or behavioral datasets
