Associate, People Analytics job description

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, engagement, and DEI.

Analyze complex HR datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to deliver actionable data insights.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic people initiatives and decision-making.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across people data systems and reports.

Improve people analytics tools, processes, and methodologies continuously.

Support compliance and reporting obligations related to HR data.

Stay informed on emerging trends in people analytics and data visualization.

Associate, People Analytics job requirements

Ideal Candidate Background

3+ years of experience in analytics, people insights, or a data-driven HR function.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake.

Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.

Ability to present complex data as compelling narratives to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective collaborator across functions and levels.

Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
